Control display of Contact Details on the Dashboard

A new option has been added to Account Settings to control whether the Contact Details shows on the Dashboard page or not.

In Account Settings, under the Features Tab there is a new option "Show Contact Details on Dashboard", setting this to "No" will prevent I from showing on the Dashboard.

HR Administrators can still access Contact Details for individuals in their User settings.
