How to login for the first time
How to login to the portal for the first time.
When you first arrive at the login screen for your portal, you will be asked to enter your username and password before you can continue.
Username.
Your username will be your payroll ID code.
You would have been given a payroll ID code from HR upon commencement. If you don't remember your payroll ID code, simply send an email to your HR administrator requesting your ID. In the event that your company uses a different username other than your payroll ID, enter that instead of an ID code.

Password.
Your password will be one that you create yourself.
In order to get your password for the first time, click on the reset password button which sits just below the text boxes, this will prompt you to enter your username. Once you have done that, click on the 'Send me Instructions' button and this will send a link to your email address. This will be a verification email which will contain a link where you can create a password. Click on the link to setup a new password.
Once you have used the link that was sent to your email address, return to the portal login screen, enter your username again if you have to, enter the password you just created, then click on Sign In and you're done.
